Hi Ahmed, what’s your background, and how did you start Cloud Converters?

I have more than 20 years of experience providing the right solutions and services for small and medium businesses.

Bedair Services LLC has been in operation since 2017 in Michigan, operating under the name of Cloud Converters to provide consulting services for small and medium businesses. Our purpose is to transform businesses, accepting digital and integrating their business operating systems with cloud applications and services.

In today’s world, it is involved in everything our consultants are engaged in: business and marketing, not only in information and technology.

What kind of consultation do you give the SMB’s that engage your services?

All our consultations help our customers build a unified strategy for their business to transform digitally and select the right cloud applications or services tailored for their specific business needs.

Cloud Infrastructure (IAAS) consultation provides for cloud infrastructure services for small-medium businesses, will provide al their services: -Telephone -Faxing -Email-Messaging -Servers -Storage -Networking.

Cloud Application (SAAS) consulting provides cloud Applications for small-medium businesses and covers all their services: Finance Applications, ERP, CRM, Helpdesk, Document Control, Project management, and HR.

Digital Marketing Consulting builds a successful strategy for small and medium businesses integrated with cloud application and infrastructure to benefit from automation and lead capturing.

What are some of your favourite tools/strategies that you recommend to your clients to help them with cloud computing?

I recommend all small and medium businesses consider the cloud as a top priority and make sure all their cloud application and infrastructure can integrate. Some tools work differently from organization to another. To do so, you must have the right infrastructure from the beginning.

How do you assist clients who want to use digital marketing to grow their business?

Digital marketing is one piece you can not break it out. Every component is linked together with a strategy on what is expected from digital marketing? Is it only branding, either branding service or a product, how to reach their customers, how can they differentiate and give their customers a new experience?

Most small business owners work on these components individually, with our consultation, we help them create a strategy that improves their business.

How do you assist business startups?

We can help them build a cloud infrastructure and applications as a simple business operating system. It’s cost-effective, simple, and automated to help them start faster.

What do you think makes you stand out from other IT consultancy firms?

We are focusing on IT we work with business and marketing to give our customers consultations from all aspects.

Focusing on small-medium business, most IT consulting firms are focusing on large enterprises because their mindset is different to most small and medium-sized businesses.

Has COVID-19 affected how you do business?

Yes it has, which we believe is reasonable. All business owners are waiting and not taking action until the pandemic situation is clear.

On the other hand, many customers reach for solutions to allow their employees to work remotely.

Are you planning to expand your team or your services in the future?

Of course, we are growing our team to increase our staff support, and we have plans to provide more managed services for all cloud services for our customers.
